RESEARCH TRANSPARENCY · DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW
Research Disclosures
Draft · 22 October 2026 · Not yet approved for publication
1. Scope and audience
Ask Evidus publishes standardised, non-personalised research on publicly traded US companies. The platform does not assess an individual reader’s objectives, financial circumstances or risk tolerance. The legal classification of any investment recommendation or research communication remains subject to review.
2. Quantitative model outputs
Model states, probabilities, rankings and forward-edge estimates describe specified statistical conditions and are not certainties or guaranteed returns. Interpretation depends on the model version, sample, definitions and market regime.
3. Time horizons and freshness
Daily, weekly and monthly outputs refer to different observation and validation horizons. Each research view should display its applicable as-of date, horizon and refresh status. Stale, missing or incomplete data must not be presented as current.
4. Validation and historical performance
Backtests, realised strategy results, hit rates and forward-validation metrics measure different things and should be labelled separately. Historical performance is not a reliable guarantee of future results. Methodology, sample sizes, fees and material limitations should be disclosed where relevant.
5. Sources and limitations
Research may combine licensed market data, public company disclosures and proprietary analytics. Inputs can be delayed, restated, incomplete or erroneous. See Data Sources for source descriptions and contractual attribution once confirmed.
6. Conflicts of interest — review required
Before commercial launch, adopt a documented policy for disclosing relevant personal holdings, transactions, commercial relationships and other potential conflicts. The scope, timing and placement of disclosures require legal review; this draft does not assert that no conflicts exist.
7. Corrections and methodology changes
Material data corrections, methodology changes and research revisions should be documented with an effective date and, where appropriate, a change note. A practical corrections workflow remains to be implemented.
8. Regulatory review
The operator will seek legal advice on Swiss financial-services rules and any applicable EU requirements for investment recommendations, including required identification, objective presentation and conflict disclosures.
