1. Market and fundamental data

Ask Evidus plans to use EOD Historical Data (EODHD) for licensed US end-of-day/historical and fundamental information under a proposed Commercial External Display agreement. Exact display permissions, mandatory notices and scope must be checked against the executed agreement.

2. Proprietary analytics

Probabilities, model states, rankings and performance analysis may be calculated from licensed and other permitted inputs. The distinction between raw, reconstructable data and non-reconstructable derived analytics is subject to the applicable licence terms.

3. Company disclosures and third-party information

Public company filings and other third-party information may be referenced where permitted. Specific providers, timestamps and citation requirements must be verified before launch.

4. Company logos and trademarks

Company logos and names are used for identification. The logo delivery provider, attribution requirements, permitted use and any trademark notices must be verified against the actual integration and provider terms before publication.

5. Data timing and corrections

Different datasets may update on different schedules. The relevant research page should identify its data as-of timestamp and should not imply real-time coverage where only end-of-day or historical data is used.

6. Rights and redistribution

Subscription access does not grant visitors permission to redistribute raw market data, bulk-extract datasets or reuse third-party materials beyond applicable law and licence terms.

7. Pending verification

Before publishing this page, confirm the signed EODHD agreement, the actual logo provider and plan, required source credits, display entitlements, and data retention obligations.
